General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Doris Klein (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”) and his clients/customers (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) concluded via the website or by direct agreement.

2. Services
The coach offers coaching services in the areas [e.g. business, mindset, personal development]. The services are provided in person, by telephone or online. Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the client accepts an offer from the coach and a booking is confirmed in writing or verbally.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment: Payment is made in advance, by bank transfer, credit card or via digital payment methods.

• Cancellation: Cancellation is possible free of charge up to [e.g. 24 hours] before the agreed appointment. After that, the full fee is due.
  

5. Disclaimer

• The coach does not guarantee the success of the coaching.

• The client is responsible for his or her own decisions and actions.

• The coach is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or non-use of the coaching services.
  

6. Confidentiality
The coach undertakes to maintain absolute confidentiality towards third parties. Information will only be passed on with the express consent of the client.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
The client has the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving reasons if it was concluded online. As soon as the coaching begins, the right of cancellation expires.

8. Final provisions

• Swiss law applies

• Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
